Hello! My name is Dr. Whitney Whistler and I am so excited to be here at Farm & Family Veterinary Service. I graduated from Purdue University in 2009 and have practiced in Indiana as a small animal veterinarian for the past 10 years.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Ronald Whistler, and together we have six kiddos (2 girls and 4 boys). We also have 4 four legged kids (dogs) - Bella (chihuahua-dachshund mix), Mercy (Havanese), Lena (Havanese), and Luke (Walker Coonhound mix). We love to spend time with our families - cooking out, camping, traveling, and watching movies! We are huge Cubs and Colts fans and love to watch them play! We are a very active family - always following our kiddos to sporting events and after-school activities.
I can't wait to meet everyone over the next few months and look forward to becoming an important part of your pets healthcare team!
Hi, I'm Luellen. I'm a Hoosier girl living here in Illinois. I love living on our small farm with my wife Tina. I got my first Siamese cat for my sixth birthday and have had cats ever since. I currently have two rescued dogs, five chickens, and one 17 year old Siamese cat. I started in the animal health field by volunteering then working at the Bartholomew County Humane Society in Columbus, IN. I enjoy gardening, spending time with my grandchildren, and in the summer I am usually in my pool (or at least by it.)
Hey everyone! My name is Sierrah and I have worked in the veterinary field for about 2-3 years now. I graduated from Martinsville, Class of 2018, and have lived in this area for about 7 years now. I will be furthering my education at Purdue Global to become a Certified Technician in the Spring of 2020. I share my home with a 3 year old Golden Retriever named Brady (yes, I am a Patriots fan!) and an almost 5 month old wrinkly Bloodhound named Bruiser! Being able to advocate for our furry friends and give them the best medical care makes the days both unique rewarding. I look forward to meeting everyone and their fur babies!
Hello, my name is Cheyenne. I recently moved to the area from Flora, IL. I am furthering my education as a Veterinary Technician at Purdue University Global in the Summer of 2020. I am very happy to be working here at Farm& Family Veterinary Service. My job is never ending, and I am always learning new things! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and fiance Luke. I also love caring for and loving on my two dachshunds, Clover and Calvin. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies here at our clinic!
Hello, I'm Mikaela. I am from the Terre Haute area and have had 6 years in the animal care business. I have my bachelors degree in biology from Indiana State University. I have worked at a variety of clinics, but Farm & Family has been the best fit for me and my pets. I have a variety of animals; 5 dogs (Kimber, Ruger, Butch, Kali, and Bear), 2 cats (Tilly who is indoors and Sassy who is outdoors), and 2 horses (Dilah and Cody). In my spare time I enjoy riding my horse, playing with my dogs, and going camping with my boyfriend John ( and the dogs)! I love working with animals and look forward to meeting you and your pets in the future.
